Head Coach Ryan Shea
Coach Shea is entering his third season as the head coach of the men's lacrosse program at Thompson High School. The 2025 season saw Shea lead the Warriors to their first ever playoff win in the program's history.
Prior to joining the Warriors' coaching staff, Shea was a standout on the field for Spain Park. He played attack and middie when his team clenched the 2016 High School State Championship. He later went on to play at the University of Montevallo, where he was a part of the 2021 and 2022 teams, who won the PCB Championship.
When Coach Shea isn't coaching for the Warriors, he can be found on the field coaching for BLU, playing golf, or spending time with friends and family,
Assistant Coach Tim Oshea
Coach Tim is returning for his third season as an assistant coach of the men's lacrosse program. He was part of the 2025 coaching staff that lead the Warriors to their first ever playoff win in the program's history. Coach Tim played defense for Spain Park and later went on to play for the University of Montevallo. In his free time Coach enjoys hunting, and playing hockey and golf.
Assistant Coach Cameron Tinney
Coach Cam is new to the Warriors coaching staff this season and will be heavily working with our faceoff position. He started playing lacrosse for Spain Park at faceoff and midfield and went on to play for the University of Montevallo. When he isn't on the field you can find Coach out in nature hunting or fishing, catching up on sports, or reaing his Bible.
